For the highest-quality results, we recommend submitting a transparent PNG file at 300 PPI (pixels per inch) to ensure crisp and professional prints. The image should be at least 1500px by 1500px, but for larger prints, a higher resolution (e.g., 4500px by 5400px) is ideal.

Since we use sublimation printing, it’s important to note that the color white will not be printed because sublimation printers do not use white ink. Any white areas in your design will appear transparent, allowing the fabric color to show through. This means designs work best on light-colored garments for accurate color representation.

PNG format is preferred because it supports transparency, making it perfect for designs that need to blend seamlessly with different garment colors. It also preserves the fine details and vibrant colors of complex illustrations and graphics.

For simpler designs without transparency, high-resolution JPEG files can also work, but keep in mind that sublimation works best with PNG files where transparency is needed.

Currently, we do not offer direct integration or automatic inventory syncing with platforms like Etsy or Shopify. All orders must be placed manually through our website.
